Engineering Specialist 

Job Overview:

We are looking for An Engineering Specialist applies advanced engineering principles and techniques to solve our technical problems and improve processes. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions, as well as providing technical support and expertise to teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

 Create, design, and develop engineering solutions based on technical requirements and specifications.

 Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects or improvements.

2. Technical Support:

 Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams and other departments.

 Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues and challenges.

3. Project Management:

 Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.

 Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

4. Quality Assurance:

 Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure outputs meet standards.

 Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to validate engineering solutions.

5. Research and Innovation:

 Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies, trends, and methodologies.

 Research and apply new techniques and innovations to improve existing equipment and processes.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

 Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

 Maintain accurate records of engineering activities, designs, and changes.

7. Collaboration:

 Work closely with teams, including other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

 Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to gather information and provide updates.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, etc.) or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) may be preferred.

 Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in engineering roles. Experience with specific tools or technologies related to the job may be preferred.

Skills:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, simulation software).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English/Chinese bilingual is preferred.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

 Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Work Environment:

 This role typically involves working in an manufacturing facilities.

 May require occasional travel depending on needs. U.S driver’s license is preferred.
